Drive By Santa
Instead of fighting the lines at the mall this year to see Santa, he came to our house on a motorcycle! It was great. The McElroys, Firths and Pitners joined in the fun. We hope he comes back to see us in week or so.
Beauty Queen Hair
This is what Ann Luckett's hair looks like when you brush it out in the mornings. Thankfully, it calms down quickly with a little water. Toddlers in Tiaras would be so jealous of a natural head of hair like this!
Little Miss Piggy

I don't know why but I think this is funny.
We went to eat with the Bennett family a few days before Halloween and Ann Luckett wore her costume. We intended to go to Boo-at-the-Zoo but it was rained out. The kids never knew the difference. They loved the old school arcade games, even though we never put any money in the machines! I hope we have another year or so before they figure out that trick.

It's Great To Be A Mighty Pirate!
Ann Luckett went to her first football game a couple of weeks ago. She had a great time. As you can see, we sat right in front of the The Best Middle School Band in America...literally. They won first in the national competition this year. Anyway, that was her and Winston's favorite part. Charles was not happy that she came home saying "Go Pirates Go!" She has just now started cheering for the Almighty Rebels again.
Pathetic Patient
Ann Luckett just got over having a week long fever virus. As long as she had a dose of Motrin, she was fine. If we let it wear off at all this is how she looked. She would hold a cooling pad on her head and want to watch The Lion King constantly. She also got attached to a pacifier that has a thermometer in it. She looks pretty ridiculous walking around with that thing in her mouth.
Tea Time
I found a turtle!
Visiting Family
Bee, Ann Elizabeth, Ann Luckett and I recently took a trip to Madison and Yazoo City, Mississippi to visit Charles' grandparents and family. We had a nice lunch with Gumps, June, Betty, Dixie, Allison and Mary Palmer. Ann Luckett and Mary Palmer played so well together. I only wish we could see her more often. Next, we went to visit with Michael, Kathy and Mary Kate McGowan. Finally, we headed to Yazoo City to spend the night with Pat and Dibbus. Ann Luckett truly enjoyed herself. There is never a dull moment with her around. It was so great to see everyone and we look forward to another visit soon.
Caroline's 4th Birthday

Sweet Caroline and Her Rocket Cake

Ann Luckett helping Caroline open her presents

My niece Caroline turned four June 21st. I know I am a little late posting these, but I didn't have my camera at her party and had to borrow the pictures. It was a wonderful party. The theme was Little Einsteins with a Rocket cake and pinata. Poppy cooked hot dogs and hamburgers and a great time was had by all.

We spent the 4th in New Albany and at Darden. As usual Ann Luckett had a blast.

In late June we went to the beach with the Bennett family and Scott and Pressley Weatherly. We all had so much fun. The kids get along so well together. Ann Luckett was so excited the entire time that I could rarely get her to take a nap because she always thought she was missing something. We can't wait to do it again next year!
Water Baby
I don't know why this video is so unclear, but you get the point anyway. She is a little fish!

The Montgomery Family went to Sea Island, Georgia for a late celebration of Charles' 30th birthday. We had so much fun. We swam in the pool, played in the ocean, rode bikes, ate great food and had a wonderful time just being with the family.
